MOSHE WARNED US AND NOW THE PLAGUE IN THE UKRAINE COULD BE HEADED OUR WAY!!!
SCIENTIST WARNED BAXTER WOULD RELEASE PLAGUE IN UKRAINE...
Bio-scientist Joseph Moshe who was arrested by the FBI tried to warn the public about Baxter’s sinister plan to release a plague in the Ukraine by creating a vaccine bio-weapon that would result in hundreds of deaths.
That is precisely what occurred in the Ukraine, a plague infected 1.5 million people, over 80,000 being hospitalized and leaving 328 dead. The WHO(World Health Organization) claims that the virus running through Ukraine is nothing more than the same A/H1N1 influenza experienced around the world and that it’s not pheumonic plague. Many suspect that this is a bacterial pheumonic plague that is ten-times worse than swine flu influenza that is spread from person-to-person. Reports from the infected say that their lungs tend to have a burning sensation turning them as “black as charcoal”.
Joseph Moshe is a bio-scientist working for a unit within Mossad and had dual national (Israeli-American) citizenship, Moshe was later seized for blowing the whistle on Baxter International contacting a radio show and the White House, warning them of the pharmaceutical companies’ plot to spread a plague from Baxter’s Ukrainian lab. He knew the FBI was bugging his house, so he decided to pack up his things and head for the Israeli consulate where he was met by armed LAPD/SWAT, FBI and the Secret Service surrounding his car. He was pepper-sprayed, tasered and is now being held in the Patton State mental hospital in California, his next court date is December 25, 2010.
What is not certain yet is how this disease was released to the public, it’s certainly not natural. According to local newspapers hundreds of phone calls from Kiev residents and business owners close to the area where it was reported that planes and helicopters spraying “aerosolized medication” over the city during the time-frame between October 28 – October 30, 2009. Not only that but local businesses and retailers were “advised” to stay indoors during the day by the local authorities.
As if that is not enough, the government authorities also pushed the radio stations in Kiev to deny the reports. Online on forums, websites and blogs reports came in about eye witness accounts that confirms this. There was also reports of helicopters spraying aerosols not just over Kiev but Lviv, Ternopil and throughout Ukraine. The spraying was vehemently denied by the country’s Office of Emergency Response. This takes me back to when reports surfaced about gelatin-like rain pouring down over a small town of Oakville, Washington. The gelatinous like substance contained live bacteria that made an entire town sick for months.

I have been sitting in my family room for two nights watching "The History Channel's" new program WWII in HD. Gary Sinise is the narrator. He is a true patriot by the way. Anyway.......as I watch the footage in color now, not black and white anymore, as I listen to the words of the soldiers on the ground in Europe and Japan, Guam, Burma, and the Phillipines. I think of my father, Army Air Corp, fighting from 1941-1945, and all the other fathers of my friends. And I weep. I weep not only because this raw, colorized footage is so assaulting on my senses.....but because our fathers seem to have fought these wars in vain.
Because the countries that owe them, owe all of us so much gratitude and loyalty, are no longer loyal at all. I weep because my father has been gone now for many years and never knew that what he left behind, our beautiful, shining beacon in the night. Our country has been left to fend for itself, and is being destroyed from within. This is not the country my father would recognize. This is not the reason my father fought in WWII. This is not the reason my father suffered from war injuries for the rest of his short life......No....This is not the country my father almost gave his life for.
What we have done with our country in the last 60 years, does not make me proud, nor does it repay our national debt of gratitude for the toll that was taken on our fathers and uncles and aunts. I hang my head in shame for how terribly we have let them all down. It is tragic enough to know that the rest of the world has let them down, but that 'we' the people of this nation have let them down is almost more than I can bear.
I have missed my father terribly since his death in 1972. But there are many days now, when I am glad he is not here to see what we have done to the world. To our nation. And how terribly we have shamed these valiant, courageous, honorable soldiers of WWII. Those still alive would never say that of course. They are too humble, too stoic, too gentle to tell us what we already know. They do not point fingers, but I watch as my Father In Law (Tom) sits in his chair, in front of the TV, and tears well up in his eyes as he watches this footage. He says nothing. He is quiet and stoic and grand.
"The Greatest Generation" by God yes! We owe them everything. They ask for nothing.
I only hope that God can forgive us for what we have done. And forgive the world for allowing chaos to reign instead of freedom.
Forgive me, my friends. But I am extremely sad today. I expected more from our country, more from the world. I hang my head in shame. And I weep for all of us.

STATE Kansas Court 18th District, Witchita, KS and the UNITED STATES District Court, Austin, Texas served
American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint and the Nancy Pelosi criminal conspiracy complaint within its Presentments.
On November 19th, 2009 the American Grand Jury Criminal Presentments were served upon the Clerk of the United States District Court, William G. Putnicki, Austin, Texas and the Clerk of the State Kansas Court, 18th Judicial District, Bernie Lumbreras, Witchita, Kansas.
The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before these and numerous other Courts.
If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that both Obama and Pelosi be criminally prosecuted.
American Grand Jury is actively pursuing decisions in a number of UNITED STATES District Courts in different States: District for Columbia, Western District of New York and Middle District of Tennessee.

The Presentments were served on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville, TN on November 6th, 2009. A Response in the form of an "Order" has been issued by Judge Todd Campbell and received by American Grand Jury this week. American Grand Jury will answer the response in the form of a Motion. Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III levels charge in an effort to avert what he described as a pending civil war.
American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint within its Presentments. The Presentments were served on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on July 2nd, 2009. The Presentments are still pending before Chief Judge Royce Lamberth. Two Orders, a Motion to Reconsider, and a Response have been issued. The American Grand Jury Response to the Court's 2nd Order was filed in late October. The Response is currently pending before the Court.
If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that Obama be criminally indicted for fraud as to "Eligibility" and "Treason" per the Fitzpatrick complaint.
